TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms Orders are Net 30 days with approved credit. We are happy to receive payment by C.O.D., Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express (C.O.D. payment, Discover and American Express not available in Canada). Pre-payment service is also available. All merchandise is sold FOB Eden Valley, Minnesota 55329. Sales are subject to the Manhattan Toy General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Drop–shipment Specifically marked items are available for direct shipment to consumer. A drop-ship fee may apply.

New Customers If this is your first order with us…Welcome! We require a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express for your first order. Any subsequent requests for credit should be accompanied by the Manhattan Toy Credit Application. Please allow 10–14 days for the Credit Department to review your account for a credit limit. Late Payment Late payment of your invoices could affect shipment of future orders and current back orders. A 1.5% finance charge may be accrued monthly on unpaid invoices. No allowances or deductions will be permitted on past due invoices. All special terms are voided.

Collection Costs Any costs of collection, including litigation, are the responsibility of the customer.

Minimum Orders Our minimum opening order is $250. Our re-order minimum is $150.

Order Quantities Please order all items in the “Pack” (case) quantities listed in this catalog.

Back Orders We will generally not ship out back orders under $30 ($75 in Canada). Back orders that are under $30 ($75 in Canada), will be automatically cancelled. If you would rather not receive back orders at all, please write this preference on your order form. Special Handling We always try to accommodate special requests. If you have a special request, please contact our Customer Support staff.

Pricing Prices listed in this catalog are wholesale prices in U.S. and Canadian dollars.

Mis–shipments/Product Returns We always do our best to ship your order correctly. If we make a mistake, please notify our Customer Support staff within 10 days of the order’s arrival. We will work to quickly remedy any such problem. Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval, so be sure to acquire a return authorization number (RA#) from our Customer Support staff prior to promptly returning the product(s). Otherwise, we cannot grant credit for your product returns.

All sales are final Prices and pack (case) quantities are subject to change without notice.

The information in this catalog is as complete and accurate as possible. However, The Manhattan Toy Company reserves the right to make changes to product colors and/or materials, and to change or discontinue items in our line without advance notice or obligation. The products in this catalog, including their designs and features, are protected by patents, trademarks and copyrights. Appropriate legal action will be taken against any infringers of these rights. These products meet or exceed CPSIA and EN71 safety standards.
